
Looks like I'm unable to even begin to reset/use Facetime or iMessage in this current state. Except Facetime and iMessage that on startup, asks for my Apple ID login, which I entered correctly using my current AppleID, but on submit, the login shows a spinner that runs for like 20 odd seconds, then an Apple ID prompt for me to re-enter my password, but the prompt shows my old Apple ID email address instead of the one I submitted in the app launch sign in! And the prompt is fixated at the old Apple ID, and there is no way for me to change the Apple ID on the prompt.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.
